The app is a client for establishing a VPN connection through a compatible profile. By using the app, the user agrees to these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Users must comply with applicable law, use lawfully obtained profiles, respect third-party rights, keep keys confidential, and not use the app for attacks, spam, fraud, malware distribution, or other unlawful activity.
Users independently select profiles. We do not control third-party operators and are not responsible for their availability, security, data practices, or legality.
Connectivity may depend on network conditions, providers, restrictions, maintenance, and profile settings. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may stop the service in response to abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, unavailable third-party resources, or third-party operator actions. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
